Position Purpose:

Transnet Rail Infrastructure (TRIM) is inviting unemployed South African graduates (ages 18–35) to apply for this two-year structured development programme. The goal is to equip participants with institutional knowledge and practical training that will enhance their employability and prepare them for long-term careers in the transport and logistics sector.

Throughout the programme, progress is monitored every six months to ensure candidates meet both personal and organizational expectations.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • Experience: No prior work experience required.
