Key Responsibilities:

  • Capturing utility payments onto the Truworths Property System (TPS) – monthly
  • Reconciling landlord statements to TPS – monthly
  • Handling landlord queries via phone and email – daily
  • Liaising with landlords to obtain supporting documents – monthly
  • Participating in ad hoc finance projects as needed
