Job Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating candidate information across all recruitment platforms and databases.
  • Coordinating and confirming interviews, meeting rooms, and scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Conducting and tracking background and verification checks in line with company policy.
  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with proactive candidate sourcing.
  • Providing administrative support during interviews and candidate interactions.
  • Loading new employees on Sage X3 and preparing induction materials.
  • Supporting a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records.
  • Preparing employee files, contracts, and appointment letters.
  • Ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up to date.
  • Submitting complete employee packs to Payroll.
  • Performing additional HR administrative duties as required.
