Department of Roads and Transport Cleaner – Auxiliary Services Vacancy

Department of Roads and Transport is looking for South African Jobseekers
in Cleaners – Auxiliary Services .The successful applicant will be responsible for providing cleaning services in offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms. Duties also include keeping the kitchen clean, emptying waste bins, reporting broken cleaning equipment, and replacing toilet papers, hand towels, and fresheners.

Requirements:

  • ABET or equivalent qualification.
  • No experience required.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
  • Knowledge of work procedures in respect of the working environment.
  • Basic numeracy and good communication skills.

Duties:

  • Provide cleaning services of routine nature throughout offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms.
  • Keep the kitchen clean (ensure sink has no dishes/utensils).
  • Empty, wash, and clean waste bins.
  • Report broken cleaning machines and equipment.
  • Replace toilet papers, hand towels, and fresheners.
