Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate in Training at ABB, you’ll:

  • Enhance operational efficiency by monitoring Key Performance Indicators and ensuring timely delivery of projects and orders.
  • Identify process improvements by observing workflows and collaborating with teams to implement better solutions.
  • Participate in learning and development sessions, gaining exposure to various ABB departments and best practices.
  • Follow structured training plans, seek feedback, and demonstrate progress in your area of specialization.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • South African citizen.
  • Recent university graduate with no more than 2 years of work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BCom) in one of the following fields:
    • Finance / Accounting
    • Human Resources
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Health & Safety
    • Marketing & Communication
  • Minimum 65% academic average throughout studies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High self-confidence, leadership potential, and a strong desire to learn
