Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate in Training at ABB, you’ll:
- Enhance operational efficiency by monitoring Key Performance Indicators and ensuring timely delivery of projects and orders.
- Identify process improvements by observing workflows and collaborating with teams to implement better solutions.
- Participate in learning and development sessions, gaining exposure to various ABB departments and best practices.
- Follow structured training plans, seek feedback, and demonstrate progress in your area of specialization.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- South African citizen.
- Recent university graduate with no more than 2 years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BCom) in one of the following fields:
- Finance / Accounting
- Human Resources
- Supply Chain Management
- Health & Safety
- Marketing & Communication
- Minimum 65% academic average throughout studies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
- High self-confidence, leadership potential, and a strong desire to learn
