Experience and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Facilitation, Mentoring, Coaching, Skills Development, Vendor Management, or Training Coordination.

Education: Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree required.

Graduate Trainees at Sasol will be responsible for:

  • Supporting non-technical learnerships and workplace readiness programmes.
  • Managing learners and graduates through coaching and mentoring.
  • Developing and implementing strategic training plans.
  • Monitoring attendance, performance, and SETA compliance.
  • Conducting performance reviews and progress reports for learners and service providers.
  • Ensuring effective stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
  • Providing career guidance and feedback to trainees.
  • Leading monthly and quarterly progress meetings.
