Experience and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Facilitation, Mentoring, Coaching, Skills Development, Vendor Management, or Training Coordination.
Education: Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree required.
Personal Attributes and Skills
Graduate Trainees at Sasol will be responsible for:
- Supporting non-technical learnerships and workplace readiness programmes.
- Managing learners and graduates through coaching and mentoring.
- Developing and implementing strategic training plans.
- Monitoring attendance, performance, and SETA compliance.
- Conducting performance reviews and progress reports for learners and service providers.
- Ensuring effective stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
- Providing career guidance and feedback to trainees.
- Leading monthly and quarterly progress meetings.
The ideal candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts.
- Teamwork, empathy, and adaptability.
