Redefine Properties Limited is inviting South African youth to apply for the 2026 Learnership
Programme. The successful applicants will be responsible for gaining practical experience,
developing professional skills, and building confidence through mentorship within the property and
real estate sector.

Minimum Application Requirements:

  • To qualify for the 2026 Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
    • Be a South African citizen.
    • Hold a Grade 12 certificate and a completed tertiary qualification (undergraduate or postgraduate).
    • Have NO other tertiary studies or formal employment planned for the 2026 academic year.
    • Have NOT completed any previous learnerships.
    • Be willing to reside in Johannesburg for the entire duration of the programme.
